RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At DiamondTrov, every piece is designed to feel perfect the moment it arrives. If it’s not quite right, we’ve made the process effortless.
FREE EXCHANGES
Finding your perfect fit should never come with a cost.
We offer complimentary exchanges on all eligible items:
- Jewelry: within 30 days of delivery
- Watches & Accessories: within 15 days of delivery
To request an exchange, simply complete our Exchange / Return Form and return your item in its original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
Once received, we’ll prioritize crafting or shipping your replacement—because the right piece should never keep you waiting.
EASY RETURNS
If you decide to return your item, we’ve kept things simple and transparent.
- Jewelry: Return within 30 days
- Watches & Accessories: Return within 15 days
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
A $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
How it works:
- Complete the Exchange / Return Form
- Print your prepaid return label
- Send your item back securely
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Quality Guarantee:
While rare, if your item arrives with a defect or issue, we will cover all return or exchange costs—no exceptions.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
Some moments deserve more time.
For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, we offer an extended return window:
- Eligible for return or exchange until January 15 or 45 days from purchase (whichever is later)
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after arrival at our facility.
